Opportunities for Worship

Ecclesia's worship style is not easy to label. 
  • We sing hymns, usually accompanied by guitar, not piano.
  • We set up and take down our worship setting each week.
  • Usually, our pastor preaches from the Revised Common Lectionary.
  • We read scripture twice in every service and we stand for the Gospel reading.
  • Some of us wear traditional Sunday clothes; others come in t-shirts and jeans.
  • Each week, our pastor reads a children's story to the kids during worship.
Overall, Ecclesia's worship aims to proclaim God's inescapable love for humanity and to express gratitude for God's infinite mercy and grace. Ecclesia is both one-of-a-kind and comfortably familiar. Come see for yourself . . . because we love you already! And there's nothing you can do about it!
